To get to your Social Media Reports, from the Social Media Hub page, click the View Reports button.
Across the top, you'll see 4 big boxes of data.
1. Audience is your current number of Facebook Fans and Twitter Followers. Please note, that your Facebook Fan count is only for your linked Fan Pages, not for personal Facebook profile pages. The percentage compares your ending balance of Fans and Followers for today vs 30 days ago.
2. Activity is the number of posts that have been made in the last 30 days. This includes posts made from within Fishbowl and outside of Fishbowl. The percentage compares your ending balance of the number of posts you made today vs 30 days ago.
3. Engagement is the total number of stories from Facebook plus the number of Retweets from Twitter. Stories include: liking your Page, posting to your Page's Wall, liking, commenting on or sharing one of your Page posts, answering a Question you posted, RSVPing to one of your events, mentioning your Page, phototagging your Page or checking in at your Place.
4. Visibility is the sum of daily impressions from Facebook.
The Audience Graph charts your growth of Facebook Fans and Twitter followers for the time value selected in the Date Drop down.
Top Posts are your most viewed posts from Facebook. This data is for Facebook only. Why only Facebook?
If you've tagged your posts, you'll be able to use this chart to view which tags (and therefore the posts associated with them) are the most popular.
