How does Offer Tracking combat guest fraud?

Guests who receive your offer via email will receive a unique one-time use offer code.  The unique offer code is generated per email address when the guest opens their email.  When your wait staff attempts to redeem their offer, our software checks to see if that offer code has already been used.  If it has, a message will be shown stating the time and date the offer was redeemed and with which email address.  Additionally, if a guest opens your email again after they’ve redeemed their offer, the word “Redeemed” will show where their unique offer code once appeared.
