Loyalty Messages

The Loyalty Messages area on the home page will quickly show you which Automated Loyalty Messages are turned on, and which are turned off.  You can hover over the names of the Automated Loyalty Messages to see links, such as preview, resend, edit, and new.

If you click the Off button, and you have no draft email for that Automated Loyalty Message, you'll be brought to the Create a New Email flow for Automated Loyalty Messages.

If you click the Off button, and you do have a draft email for that Automated Loyalty Message, you'll be brought to Step 3 of the Create a New Email flow for Automated Loyalty Messages.

If you click on the On button, you'll see a preview of that Automated Loyalty Message.  From there you may choose to cancel the scheduled mailing and move to drafts to turn it off.  You can edit the email from your drafts on the Manage Auto Loyalty Page.


If you hover over an On message and click Preview, you'll see a preview for that email.

If you hover over an One message and click Resend, you'll see a preview for that email and a Send To box where you can enter in a member's email address to resend that email to them.

If you hover over an Off message with a draft, and click Preview, you'll see a preview for that draft.

If you hover over an Off message with a draft and click Edit, you'll be brought to Step 3 of the Create a New Email flow for Automated Loyalty Messages

If you hover over an Off message with a draft and click New, you'll be brought to the Create a New Email flow for Automated Loyalty Messages.
