Editing Emails

Emails that have not been sent can be edited from either the Edit Emails page or the Search Emails page.



To edit an email draft:

1. Find the email by browsing or searching.

2. Click the "Edit" icon


To edit a scheduled email:

1. Find the email by browsing or searching.

2. Click the  "Edit" icon

3. The email will be unscheduled and must be rescheduled in order for it to be sent.

4. Click Yes.


Copying an Email

1. Find the email by browsing or searching.

2. Click the “Copy” icon .



Resending a Sent Email

• Note: Only sent emails can be resent.

1. Find the email by browsing or searching.

2. Click the "Resend" icon .

3. Enter an email address in the popup



4. Click Send .

• Note:  The email address must be an active address in your database. See Add Members.

• Note: If you want to resend the email to a larger group, copy the email, and then schedule it to be sent.

• Note: To resend an Automatede Loyalty Message, follow the same steps under Manage Automated Loyalty Messages.

Changing a Design of an Email

1. A design can be changed while editing an email unless Advanced Edit Mode has been used.

2. To change the design, click on Step 1.

3. Click on a new design

4. Click Next.


Changing a Layout of an Email

1. A layout can be changed while editing an email unless Advanced Edit Mode has been used.  However, all existing content will be lost.

2. To change the layout, click on Step 2.

3. Click on a new layout

4. Click Next to proceed

• Note: All existing email content will be lost. If you would like to add images, hyperlinks, or formatting to your existing content, use the Advanced Editor.


Cancelling a Scheduled Email

1. Find the email by browsing or searching.

2. Click the “Cancel” icon .

3. Click Yes to confirm the cancellation.

4. Your email will be moved to the Draft Emails section.
